Wow adventurous Saturday where could I be? Wanna know?
Ok ok let me share with you about what I meant by my adventurous Saturday.
This morning, 7am I left my house with my friends for my very first hiking activity in Penang (after the last hiking in Bukit Merah in 2005) which is in Teluk Bahang called Taman Negara. We hiked to Pantai Kerachut and Monkey Beach. At the beginning, it was a tough journey for me because I don't have any stamina due to the lackness of exercise but after walking for sometime I gained some energy to hike and it is due to the breakdown of ATP into ADP and an inorganic phosphate to produce energy.
It took us around 1 hour and 45 mins to reach Pantai Kerachut. In Pantai Kerachut, the beach was more sandy than the beaches in Batu Ferringhi. There was a turtle conservation centre in Pantai Kerachut where you can see the baby turtles and some preserved eggs on display.
Then we find a spot under a shady tree to rest and my friend, Jonathan played the guitar and sang some songs. His singing has brought a group of eight people to join us and we became friends with them! They are from Tar College and after the singing session we took a boat to Monkey Beach.
In Monkey Beach there were some people camping in the beach and there were more people in Monkey Beach than Pantai Kerachut. The three guys from Tar College were so excited that they even went swimming. Both Monkey Beach and Pantai Kerachut we can't find any stalls selling food or drinks so next time if you want to go there please remember to bring your own food and drinks!
We left Monkey Beach at 12.35pm and we hiked back to Taman Negara in order to save RM5!
Wanna know the story?
We try to negotiate with a few boatmen for RM 40 for one boat but they insisted RM 50 so we hiked back to Taman Negara. Lol feeling so funny about it in order to save RM 1, we need to hiked back and end up with a sweaty body!
The hiked back to Taman Negara was more adventurous than the hiked to Pantai Kerachut because we need to go through some big rocks by holding on to a rope! I can't believe that I managed to cross the big rocks by holding the rope and thanks to my friend also because he was there to help me cross.
During the hiked back to Taman Negara, we visited an unknown beach but that beach was really isolated because there was not a single person there except us but only some passers by.
We reached Taman Negara at around 2.15pm and most of us were exhausted due to the route back to Taman Negara. Before saying goodbye to our new friends, Jonathan played a song and sang a song and all of us were enjoying the song.
We left Taman Negara for lunch at 2.30pm. We had our lunch in Fettes Park food court and after that we headed home. I reached home around 4.00pm.
It was the happiest day in my life and the most important thing is today's hiking had helped me to burn lots of calories!
Sorry for not posing any pictures about my hiking activities because I forgot to bring my camera.

Money money where have you gone?
Money money where are you?
I did not realised that I spent so much last week!
Now money money in order for you to come back I need to learn how to save you from spending on unnecessary stuff!
New resolution: Start saving money from now!
Target: RM 35 per month
Plans: 1. Stop buying clothes until next year
2. Don't spend too much on food
3. No more expensive cafes and restaurants at the moment
Goal: A brand new Sony Ericsson phone W705i which will replace my poor W580i which lasted
me for one year plus.
